Juan succeeds Paul Harrington, who is departing the company to return to his consulting practice. In his new role, Juan will lead Empower AI’s enterprise growth strategy, business development, and capture operations across the defense and civilian markets. His appointment reflects our continued focus on delivering solutions that support customer missions and long-term impact.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Peraton.
